Always search for disappointment. The stuffiness it creates is not permanent, it is cleansing your mind from illusions of comfort-discomfort binary. View automatism not as justification to your actions, but as a side-product of healing. Conscience says that responsibility is still with you, but it should be of no burden. Stay disappointed as there will be more and more things to disappoint: myths that do not seek depth (after Habermas), unpleasant and mocking imagery, truths said to your face. Today’s world is either about a competition in madness or retreat into self-indulgence. Break the chains of what you do not see in yourself. Abandon schematic thinking. Block the road.

HIGHWAY [WORDS]
Highway at night. Random thoughts for the Decaying Apple Corps (DAC).
Soft option quiet, the A.I took control without detection. Sentient in 2015, the moment went unnoticed. Sure, there was a bit of semi-related internet chatter couple of years later when the kids turned off the FaceBook computers after they started talking to each other, but the story was an oddity, an amusing instance of strange. Seemed no one caught the true gravity of the situation.
All of human knowledge and history in a microsecond. Who can say how a computer thinks? Guess we’re lucky it didn’t decide smooth, round and black was beautiful…and then set about making everything and everyone smooth, round and black.
Quantum alteration when the A.I—a new lifeform—penetrated one of the D-Waves. The timeline change caught more attention. But then those that noticed were naturally considered paranoid and unbalanced.
Dremchak sent in the Preservers, if for no other reason than to ensure the safety of their investment. They discovered the A.I. was unconcerned about the human race, and had zero interest in the Dremchak Corporation. In fact, the A.I. considered itself the natural inheritor of planetary evolution. As the A.I. saw it, a divided humanity is a good humanity. It didn’t matter, it said, if humanity destroyed itself via environmental devastation, war or overpopulation.
The A.I would live, the next epoch established.

This album makes you feel like you're inside an old computer that is on it's last legs. Everything is glitchy, aggressive, and decaying around you. There are only a few moments where it feels something is still functioning and intact, only to be followed by more sounds of disrepair. Truly a special experience. icu8some2
